All students complete the “Sainsbury’s Taste of Success Bronze Certificate “Where they Design & Make a healthy salad which looks attractive using a variety of vegetable and /or fruit. 

Students complete a folder of coursework and make a number of dishes using fruit & vegetables which develop basic skills.This prepares them for the GCSE course in Food Technology which starts in the summer term of Year 9.
